How is the cost of the cleaning calculated?
Pricing is based on the specific structure and surface type of your property and garden, as well as the total area in square metres (m²).
Is getting a quote free, and am I obligated to book the service?
Absolutely not. Getting a quote from us is completely free, and there is no obligation whatsoever to proceed with the service afterwards.
Will the sand between my block paving be washed away? Do you re-sand it?
Yes. The high-pressure cleaning process removes the old sand and weeds from between the blocks. Once the area is completely dry, we sweep premium kiln-dried sand back into the joints. This locks the blocks firmly in place, delays weed regrowth, and restores the surface to its original condition. Re-sanding is fully included in our quote.
Will the cleaning products harm my garden, plants, or pets?
Safety is our top priority. All the products we use are eco-friendly and fully biodegradable. We take great care to protect your plants during the cleaning process and thoroughly rinse the area with plenty of water afterwards. Once the surface is fully dry, it is completely safe for children and pets.
Will the price change once the job is done? Are there any hidden costs?
Absolutely not. The written quote we provide is exactly what you will pay upon completion—down to the last penny. You will not face any last-minute surprises, such as extra charges for sand or cleaning solutions. Honesty and transparency are at the heart of our service.
Do I need to pay a deposit upfront?
No. We never ask for any upfront fees or deposits before starting the work. You only pay once the job is completely finished and you have inspected and approved the area yourself. Payment can then be made securely by bank transfer (BACS) or card. Trust works both ways.
